Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Returns requested after the 30-day window may not be accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances or product defects covered under warranty.

Most items purchased from our store are eligible for return or exchange. However, certain products may be excluded:

  • Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

    Receive Return Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with shipping instructions.

    Package Your Item

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

    Ship the Return

    Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

For exchanges due to defective or damaged products, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement item.
